WHERE IS MY ORDER? ***THERE ARE DELAY'S ALL THROUGH OUT THE SUPPLY CHAINS AND WE ASSURE YOU WE ARE PRINTING AS FAST AS WE CAN.*** At IRON GODS, we are a Custom Print Shop. All of the Designs and Products we sell are custom designed, produced, printed by hand, which increases the lead time. Our handling is time 2-3 Business Days. This is Standard but we strive to cut that down as best we can.
WHAT IS YOUR PRE-ORDER POLICY? If Your Order contains a Pre-Order, it WILL NOT be shipped until the Pre-Order is Over and Shipped.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? We happily offer a 30-Day Return Policy on all products that are returned in their original condition and exchanges are accepted as well at buyers return cost.
DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS? Yes, We currently ship to Canada, Australia & the UK.
